- Your character has a face! Design a hand-drawn avatar right from your character sheet — 12 hairstyles, 9 skin tones, 10 hair colors, and outfits in multiple colorways. New adventurers create theirs during onboarding, so your hero is waiting before you've logged a single activity.
- Your avatar earns real gear from the world you build — every zone rewards you. A smith's apron and forged blade from the Forge, scholar's glasses and a satchel of books from the Library, a flower crown and walking staff from the Garden, an explorer's hat and brass compass from the Map, a weathered cloak and traveler's boots from the Roads, a paint-stained smock and tool belt from the Workshop, a knit scarf and friendship token from the Commons, and a keeper's keyring and hearth-keeper's shawl from the Village.
- Logging an activity tells you the moment it unlocks new gear — look for "New Gear Unlocked" on the result screen, then try it on from the character sheet.
- Finish a journey, keep a memento: a laurel for the walking journey, an open book for the reading journey, and a storyteller's quill for the creative journey.
- Your avatar's backdrop grows with your settlement — tent at dawn, cabin in the pines, village square, town lanterns, city walls, and a kingdom at sunset.
- You now stand in your own settlement. Visit the World page and you'll see your character right there in the scene — hat, scarf, staff and all.
- Your avatar is alive: a gentle idle sway on the character sheet, and a celebration hop waiting for you whenever you've leveled up since your last visit. Prefer stillness? There's an Avatar motion toggle in Settings → Appearance, and your device's reduce-motion setting is always respected.
- Each world theme remembers its own look — switch themes and your character switches outfits with you, with an offer to bring your current look along the first time you visit a new theme. Cozy worlds get cozier gear, like a chunky cream-wool scarf and a golden-dusk campfire glade.
- The Premium wardrobe arrives: a scholar's robe, an adventurer's vest, and two new characters to be — a capybara and a fox. Exclusive gear wears its own badge in the wardrobe, so you can always tell premium pieces from gear you'll earn in the world.
- Founders get the royal treatment: an exclusive gilded crown, a gilded founder's banner, and the Founders' Hall backdrop — and founders' avatars now appear beside their names in the Founders' Hall.
- Your character greets you on the dashboard, right beside your name.

- Progress Vault is free to use. Premium unlocks weekly quests, advanced journeys, and the full settlement system. Vault Founders get lifetime access, legendary quests, custom attribute titles, vault card gifting, and a permanent spot in the Founders' Hall.
